This week, I'm talking about how to tell what level you're at in Crossfit, as well as ways to measure your strengths, your weaknesses and your progress.

First, I talk through the levels I found over at Crossfit Hale. These gave me great targets to work towards this first year I'm doing Crossfit. I also mention the more personalised version at Crossfit Valleyview. Their levels are based on bodyweight, in many cases, so it's a bit more easy to tailor it to yourself.

Finally, I'm talking about the Beyond the Whiteboard app, which I've been using to log my workouts, and to see how well I'm improving. It also gives you a great rundown of strengths and weaknesses, so I can concentrate on areas that need improving.
