Wired for Purpose explores how purpose, meaning, and mental health are connected for ourselves, our work, and our kids.

Hosted by Travis Scott, founder of Cycling On Purpose, the show was inspired by his 2,500-mile ride from Spokane, WA to Indianapolis, IN a journey made on the bike that once belonged to his late cousin, Brent.

What began as a way to honor Brent's memory became a transformative lesson: purpose and movement can be medicine for the mind. That ride helped Travis emerge from depression and inspired him to explore the deeper links between purpose, mental health, and neurodiversity, especially ADHD, which he and his son both share.

Each episode features conversations with psychologists, parents, athletes, and purpose-driven thinkers about how to build resilience and meaning in an anxious, screen-saturated world, along with personal stories from my cross-country ride and other experiences.

From ADHD and burnout to parenting and purpose, Wired for Purpose helps you and your kids reconnect with what truly matters.
