This Club Is Trash is about navigating the hard stuff without pretending it isn’t hard. Through real stories, honest conversations, a little humor, and a whole lot of perspective, we’re talking about what it means to experience life’s hardest moments while still making room for joy.

Because finding joy doesn’t mean the trash disappears. It just means we’re learning how to live alongside it.
