For the first time in years, I’m managing only one farmers market. My mom is still in cancer treatment. The world feels heavier — violence, political uncertainty, economic stress, and historic flooding here in Snohomish County have all collided.

And yet, the market continues.

I felt an overwhelming pull to share and expand upon my Facebook post surrounding where I've been in my life (obsession, diet culture, perfectionism) and where I'm heading on my journey.  This episode wasn't really planned, but that in and of itself speaks volumes to how the work I'm doing for myself (which I share about) is working.  Life is better when we live bravely.
