In this episode we catch up with Karina who has been with us a little over a year. Prior to starting she was in a dark place suffering with back pain that came on out of the blue, she was lucky enough to get private medical care but that didn't help and she was possibly going to be fired from work and putting her under even more stress and affecting her mental health.

She tried a phased return but she wasn't able to even do that so it was touch and go whether she was going to be able to keep doing her job. She had some serious dark thoughts where she was thinking if it carried on there would be no point in continuing.

Since starting she overcame this and challenge after challenge getting stronger, regaining her confidence, easily getting back to work and meeting some amazing ladies she's now connected with outside the gym.

In this episode we sat down with Stacey who's been with us just over a year and seen an amazing transformation in her body, strength and mindset during that time.

Having gone to commercial gyms and like so many ladies not really understood what to actually do she join Infinity. She was worried about the direction of her health and didn't want to wait for it to start declining through menopause before doing something about it. As a mum of 3 who also works in a school she's been able to find the time to work around her busy schedule to see amazing progress. Now she's at a point where she looks forward to coming to the gym and working on herself, she's in a community of ladies that support and encourage her and she's setting her sights on new goals in 2025.
