As humans, we are always making interpretations; if we weren't, we would be asking for clarification literally on everything we hear and experience. Sometimes these interpretations hold us back from achieving what we want. Whether that is comfort in the workplace, a deeper relationship with somebody you love, or the abundant life you know you are capable of achieving.

In this episode, I dive deeper into what these interpretations could look like and how you can be more self-aware towards not only your own interpretations, but the interpretations of those around you.
