-To make it
-1.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-3 oz. of Botanical Gin (I used St. George Terroir)
-¾ oz. Simple Syrup (Semi-Rich 1.5:1)
-¼ oz. Elderflower Liqueur (St Germain)
Add all that with ice to a shaker and shake for 15 seconds and strain into a coupe
Then add 2 oz of champagne on top

- 1/2 oz. Semi-Rich Simple Syrup (1.5:1 Sugar to Water)
