New metrics to measure oneself by

We’re not starting from broken

Doesn’t necessarily mean always feeling up and amazing, just to allow things to BE as they are, is enough, they naturally shift of their own accord

1st  - notice

2nd - allow

3rd - when ready, drift into desire of where you’d like to move to, 

4th - feeling good, day dream more

Emotionally dysregulated - more of a witness

Take the road less traveled, makes all the difference

How you’re focusing is your choice

No one and no thing outside of me can affect my inner state of being

Nothing outside of me can affect me

We are the ones creating the field of possibilities in front of us

the better it gets the better it gets

That’s well and good when things are going well, but what about when you’re in the thick of it?

Deserving

Destabilizing things - what is stability?  There is a part of us that is always witnessing

“Thank you, thank you, thank you”

“I can handle this”

“I am here right now”

“Everything about me makes sense”

“Look for the sunshine” 

“Life is happening for me”

“That’s okay I don’t need to want to, I can do it anyway”

“I'm choosing to feel a different type of shitty”

“I want more fun in my life”

“What will bring enrichment in my life!”

I can let the gear do it’s work…

“I can trust the divine unfolding of things”

Contrast is necessary - not knowing one without the other

Interested in the journey, but not dependent on how it’s showing

Indifferent vs independent

Ability to meet the conditions

Honest YES - Always a Yes to you, honest YES

"Omni" Conditional -  present within any condition

Feeling a certain way, leveling up: having all the same patterns in another area of life, no drama

 noticing the over functioning tendencies taht show up in each area of life

"Peace is really boring" - Is that true?

experiencing the Freedom to be excited and fulfilled

Connecting back to myself, more things that feel like I’m connecting myself

knowing what you want and bringing yourself into alignment with where that desire already is

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”

Cannot tell the same story about yourself and get a new ending

Replace the drama with something even better, stimulation - going back to it - when something good happens

Worthiness story - get good at this one and so much else will shift - getting to accepting myself

Feeling the untethered-ness, progress is nonlinear
