(Not sure what that means but somehow it works for Valiant) The Dirty White Boy signs a waiver only to immediately get jumped and beatdown by Eric Embry and Dr. Tom Prichard. Miss Texas slaps, kicks, and humiliates Rockin’ Randy in one of the wildest segments of the year.

Christopher Love (yes… that Christopher Love aka Bert Prentice) unveils the mysterious Dragon Master, a legitimate 7-foot-3 giant sent to eliminate Jerry Lawler from the USWA. Meanwhile, Lord Humongous’ mask finally comes off in perhaps the most uncomfortable studio segment we’ve seen yet (seriously, it was...you just have to watch it).

- LOSER GETS THEIR HEAD SHAVED

Embry immediately threatens to “make Eddie Marlin pay with his life” (again), because subtlety is overrated.

The Goon Squad Arrives

- Boss Winters reinvents himself as “The Godfather” and unveils his newest creation… The Goon Squad.

The real meat of this episode?

- Bill Dundee and Danny Davis take their fractured friendship to another level. The Light Heavyweight Title now carries a $40,000 Japan payday attached to it and suddenly this isn’t about friendship or belts anymore. Dundee calls Davis greedy. Davis calls Dundee a backbiter.
What started as mutual respect turns into one of the most emotionally real promos we’ve seen in months. This was Memphis storytelling at its best.

With the War Machines gone, PG-13 are stepping into the top heel tag team spot and it looks like Lee Womack will be joining them but what does this mean for Midget D?? Plus, Brian Christopher takes on Ali Ben-Clyde…um, I mean Ali Ben-Khan while Eddie Gilbert looks on from the commentary desk. The Gilberts then deliver a SEVERE beating to Charlie Laird before dropping him with a devastating backdrop into a powerbomb maneuver. By now a few months have passed and they've settled their differences and now they're back in the USWA to do the bidding of Toni Adams against Brian Christopher and Jerry 'the King' Lawler! However, BC and the King have a surprise in store for them as they have acquired the "services" of a "valet" who they say is "TWICE the woman that Toni Adams is!" So with that being said, BERTHA will be in their corner this week and you just have to see BERTHA to believe it! A very fun and memorable segment for sure!

Plus: the brand new USWA Tag Team Champions The War Machines are in action with their manager Lee Womack against Del Rios & Tony Williams. Far 2 Wild (Todd Morton/Chris Michaels take on Doug & Eddie Gilbert w/Toni Adams, The Vampire Warrior is back, old favorite "Mr. Clyde" is back (sorta), and in the main event of the show Jerry Lawler & Brian Christopher team with "Little Eagle" against PG-13 with "Midget D"! As you can tell by the headline, it's a slow news week in the USWA for 11/20/93 but the guys still manage to have a lot of fun with this week's episode! In what has to be the most chopped up USWA episode they've reviewed yet, it features several rehashed music videos from the past, an exciting tag team match pitting Phi Delta Slam (Bandit & Textbook) vs. the American Eagles (Liberty & Justice)! PG-13 & Midget D join Dave Brown and Corey Maclin on commentary where Maclin can be heard shouting "scoot over MIDGET!" The Warlock takes on the "Missouri Tiger" Jeff Gaylord, an absurdly short edited version of Brian Christopher and Jerry Lawler vs. PG-13, and of course the long awaited USWA return of Ken Raper (with no mask) taking on the brand new USWA Champion "the Fabulous One" Jeff Jarrett (who has the title returned to him by Eddie Marlin at the top of the show after Crush was stripped of the title due to the "flagrant interference" of Toni Adams and Rex Hargrove in last week's championship match. It wasn't a great TV episode but it makes for a fun podcast, check it out!!

So in classic Memphis fashion, Eddie Marlin signs a match between the two. But whose corner will "Miss Simpson" be in? The King is back and he's angry about the recent theft of his championship belt by Vampire Warrior & Bert Prentice. Jeff Jarrett is hanging out with yet another country singer this week and he's also brought back the Moondogs to assist in his war with Bert Prentice and the gang.

Plus: PG-13 is back without any explanation of where they've been or why they're suddenly heels again. Photographer Jimmy Suzuki is in town and he's booked in a match with "fat sissy" Bert Prentice, while "Referee" Paul Neighbors is still at odds with "Referee" Frank Morrell.

Brian Christopher cuts a promo that you just have to hear to believe that it happened on Memphis TV in 93 and then he proceeds to beat Miss Texas with a belt like he… nevermind…just check out the show!

From there Brian Christopher brings in a "legend" to take on Jeff Jarrett for a shot at his Southern Heavyweight title (meanwhile the hosts are not impressed with the new Southern Heavyweight Championship belt that has been quietly introduced with no mention on TV) Mike Samples has returned….once again but this time he doesn't bring with him a "Russian Brute" but instead a disgraced High School Principal from Oregon who was let go due to his questionable disciplinary methods, no matter how awful you THINK this sounds, I promise you it's worse. (especially when you find out who he's going to feud with)

Jerry Lawler & Koko B. Ware are still sore at Simply Divine and Bert Prentice over last week's incident as well as getting robbed in their tag team title match last Monday night, this week they plan to place Bert in a homemade "straitjacket" and Koko has literally threatened to KILL Bert Prentice. This is a fun episode of the podcast that you don't want to miss!

Ware and referee Frank Morrell. Brian has challenged Koko & Frank to a tag team match and his tag team partner is a 78 year old "legend", "Spaceman" Frank Hickey!! Scotty Flamingo lets us know he's been "living a lie" and that his real name is "Johnny Polo" and he is the manager of the brand new Unified World Champion Papa Shango who is live in the studio taking on the "not yet ready for prime time" Jerry Lynn! Plus we hear from the tag team champions Rex King & Steve Doll, we also hear from Jeff Jarrett & Billy Travis, and we get a big 8 man tag team MAIN EVENT!

Retro Re-View Episode #13: USWA 3/13/1993 (Harlem Knights Are On A Mission!)

It's Episode #13 of the Retro Wrestling Review as Gene, Josh, and Richard review the March 13, 1993 episode of USWA Championship Wrestling! After a brief tease on the last television, The Harlem Knights are here in full force this week along with Brian Christopher and NOTHING is safe…especially the ring ropes!

It's the in-ring television debut of Bobby and Nelson Knight (the future Mo & Mabel) and they are already being challenged by Jerry 'the King' Lawler, Jeff Jarrett, and "Nightmare" Danny Davis to a main event match at the Mid-South Coliseum!

We actually get FIVE television matches this week which is a bit of a departure from recent episodes. PG-13 are in action this week fresh off JC Ice losing the USWA Middleweight Championship to Danny Davis. Brian Christopher and the Big Black Dog managed to win the USWA Tag Team titles last week and now they have some demands before the Moondogs get a rematch! Last week we thought Mike Samples had departed the promotion with the Harris Twins but it turns out he left for Russia by special request of the President of the United States. You'll need to see this promo to believe it, as he introduces us to….The Russian Brute! A fun episode across the board, we hope you'll check it out!

Retro Re-View Episode #12: USWA 3/6/1993 (THE MACHO MAN ARRIVES, DIG IT!)

The Retro Wrestling Re-View returns to the USWA in March of 1993 this week, as Josh Briley & Richard Mullikin are back along with host Gene Jackson to discuss the March 6th episode as the flippin' “Macho Man” Randy Savage is here… in the TV-5 Memphis studio for the first time since 1985! And Macho is here to call out the "King" Jerry Lawler, and challenge him for his Unified World Championship in a very fun exchange between two LEGENDS!

The NEW Southern Heavyweight Champ Jeff Jarrett takes on Reggie B. Fine. Then, Scotty Flamingo makes his USWA debut as he's coming in "from the WCW" to challenge Jarrett for the Southern belt due to their "open door policy". Scotty hits Jarrett with a rap that would make PN News roll over in his grave.. if he wasn't still alive! Add to all of that a bizarre "patriotic" video of Jeff Jarrett that the guys have a LOT of fun with.

If all of that wasn't a big enough surprise for one episode….PG-13 is here as JC Ice has won the USWA Middleweight Championship! Hear all about that and find out why "Uncle Danny" ain't happy. "The King of Rock & Roll" Doug Gilbert is in action against "Dirty" Dutch Mantel, and we find out that his brother Eddie has challenged him to a 'Loser Leaves Town' match at the Mid-South Coliseum. Retro Wrestling Re-View is back with a very special Episode #8, digging deep into the origins of one of the most successful tag teams in wrestling history, PG-13! Wolfie D was kind enough to join host Gene Jackson this week and go back to the very beginning of the formation of his tag team with J.C. Ice (Jamie Dundee). Wolfie gives all the details on just how PG-13 came to exist in 1993, including how they got their foot in the door in Memphis. Some really fun stories here detailing the making of the Rap Video that was used to introduce them on Memphis USWA Television, going to Jerry Jarrett's mansion to pitch the gimmick, EXACTLY where he was and what he was doing when he came up with the name PG-13, some of his favorite feuds, what accomplishments meant the most, and so much more! Retro Re-View Episode #07: USWA 2/13/1993 (LEX LUGER ARRIVES!)

On this week's episode of the Retro Wrestling Re-View, host Gene Jackson welcomes special guest hosts Bryan Turner (of the VHS Rehab YouTube Channel) and Jimmy Street (host of Live and In Color with Wolfie D and Give Me Back My Pro Wrestling)! This week on USWA TV, Brian Christopher welcomes his newest friend from the WWF, "The Narcissist" Lex Luger who joins him live in the TV-5 studio!!! In fact, this week's episode could be titled 'The Brian Christopher Show' as the Southern Heavyweight Champion is ALL OVER this show!

As this episode also features Brian taking on his nemesis, the former Southern Champ Jeff Jarrett, in a live TV match.. with Lex Luger on commentary! Then, after several weeks of altercations, The King has finally had enough of Brian's antics and has demanded a one-on-one match against Brian Christopher at the Mid-South Coliseum! We hear from both parties as Brian says the King's time has passed and he will be the new King and as you can imagine, Jerry Lawler has plenty to say about that.

We also see Lawler in action against the mysterious Rock & Roll Phantom! (who could he be???)

Dave Brown announces that The Bruise Brothers will be defending the USWA Tag Team Titles against Doug & Eddie Gilbert live on the show and.....well, check out the podcast to see how that one turned out!

We also get a brand new Rap Video for the new tag team PG-13, who are set to debut on this Monday night's card at the Coliseum! All of that, and more!

Another week of USWA Championship Wrestling as Gene Jackson prepares to review the 2/6/93 episode, he's excited to welcome WrestleCopia's very own Ray Russell as the special guest co-host this week... and what a week it is! On this episode, USWA Southern Champion Brian Christopher has invited his new friend from the WWF, Doink the Clown to join him down in Memphis, as shenanigans quickly ensue in the TV-5 studios! In the course of this week's show, Brian and Doink managed to pull pranks on Jerry Lawler, Miss Texas, Jeff Jarrett, and announcer Corey Maclin! There's banana peels, pies, oil spills, and......MORE PIES!! It's an unforgettable episode of USWA Wrestling and it's a full on showcase of the Doink character very shortly after his WWF television debut. We get to see the full range of what Matt Borne was bringing to the table as Doink out of the ring, in the ring, and behind the microphone! However it's not all Doink this week (but mostly Doink). A HEEL Howard Finkel addresses his feud vs. the BABYFACE Harvey Wippleman, better known to Memphis fans as Downtown Bruno!. Speaking of which, BRUNO-MANIA runs wild in the TV Studio this week as well, BROTHER! We also hear from Bert Prentice, Mike Samples, Miss Texas, and Richard Lee. We see the Bruise Brothers in action, the Moondogs have a match (sorta), and favorite of the show Mr. Clyde sees action as well! Ron & Don Harris, The Bruise Brothers are here after winning the USWA Tag Team Titles in the tournament last Monday night after defeating Jeff Jarrett & Jerry Lawler! Since Moondog Spike has gone down to injury, Richard Lee has found a "new" Moondog who happens to be the biggest Moondog that Memphis has ever seen! Check out the show to find out what happened when the Dogs and the Bruise Brothers came face to face in the TV-5 studio! Jeff Jarrett has been challenged by a masked man known only as the "Rock & Roll Phantom", but who is it? Could it be the "Greatest IC Champ of All Time"?? On the 2nd episode of the Retro Wrestling Re-View Podcast, Gene Jackson welcomes back co-hosts Richard Mullikan & Josh Briley (of P3 Radio) to revisit the second week of 1993 in the USWA! This week Corey Maclin is back! Brian Christopher (with the newly bald Mr Clyde and previously bald Zeke Rivers) takes on Tony Denucci in the opener, and it seems as though he's out of options and will have to put HIS hair on the line to earn yet another shot at Jeff Jarrett's Southern Title! Lauren Davenport is on the hunt for someone to manage and attempts to recruit no less than FOUR wrestlers on this episode with very little success. The King isn't happy with how last Monday's match with Mike Miller went so this week he has a SPECIAL REFEREE in mind! USWA Tag Team Champions The Bruise Brothers (Ron/Don Harris) commit another brutal tag team assault on a pair of unsuspecting enhancement talent and the Moondogs' manager Richard Lee makes a "fatal mistake" insisting that his Moondogs hit the gym instead of coming to TV. All this and more on another wild and wooly day in the TV-5 studios!
