"I don't want anyone to sink me or save me at will." These wise words came from my guest Nathaniel Evans in this episode.

It's a conversation packed with raw energy. After all, Nathaniel is a man on a mission. He knows how it feels to have his life hanging in the balance and as a result, he has helped others navigate the court and prison systems, just as he did. He is unwavering in his belief that we all have the right to elevate ourselves in spite of the divides that exist in society. And as someone who knows what it takes to be at your peak and also be at peace, Nathaniel helps others create new pathways so they can be in love with life and whatever it brings.

Catch Nathaniel Evans on YouTube: https://youtube.com/channel/UC5mjXSPZVkWDABtxEQVrjVw

Connect with Christine on LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/christinefranklyn/

Get ideas for living The Good Life - https://instagram.com/thegoodlife.bb

Connect with Christine on Clubhouse - https://www.clubhouse.com/@christine246

Follow Christine on Twitter to discover stay inspired and get your creative juices flowing - https://twitter.com/cfthewriter

Welcome to Season 2 of the Reclaim Your A-Game podcast! I'm so excited to be moving to the interview format that was always intended for this show. Not even recent tech challenges could stop this show. We're resilient round here. We're kicking off the new season with a highly informative and inspiring episode.

My guest on this episode is from Barbados, as I am. Charlene Mascoll is a wife and the mother of two amazing children, raising her family under the Barbadian sun. Most days, in her mind, she is on the beach sipping a long island iced tea but when she is not actually there she is a super mom who also works from home, writing copy and designing content for the web. Charlene holds a degree in Business Management that she has hardly used; however, she has eons of experience writing stories and enjoys the challenge of composing interesting and fun pieces. She also has a knack for teaching music and English, sewing and playing guitar. She is an extremely avid but bad dancer and she loves outdoor activities and absolutely adores all sporting activities, except NASCAR.

Her family believes she is the ultimate cleaning machine, "Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist" and "Quality Assurance Engineer". She tries to do her best in each aspect of her life because she believes life is too short to do things in a mediocre way. Charlene encourages her family to be the best they can be, to fail big and win bigger because she believes, like Art Buchwald, “The best things in life are not things.”

Topics Charlene covers:

What PCOS is and how it can prevent you from being fertile (according to a medical doctor, at least)

How a change in lifestyle can boost chances of conceiving

The physical and mental struggle of having an incompetent cervix

The joys and challenges of motherhood

Never miss an episode and get exclusive tips and discover how to stay upbeat and motivated - https://iamhealthywealthy.com/podcast

Connect with Christine on LinkedIn (and feel free to send feedback on any episode) - https://www.linkedin.com/in/christinefranklyn/

Get ideas for living The Good Life - https://instagram.com/thegoodlife.bb

Connect with Christine on Clubhouse - https://www.clubhouse.com/@christine246

Follow Christine on Twitter to discover the best positive mindset content out there - https://twitter.com/cfthewriter
