Ranch-O-Radio 126 heads straight back to the dancefloor with a special two-hour live recording from Uone’s recent set at BushTechno at My Aeon, Melbourne.

Invited to dig into the deeper reaches of his musical history, Uone delivered an old-school BushTechno-inspired set, drawing on more than 20 years of playing outdoor festivals, bush parties and dancefloors around the world.

Recorded completely live and off the cuff, this one is all about reading the crowd, following the vibe and feeling the energy in the room. No sync buttons. No pre-planned journey. Just mixing, instinct and wherever the dancefloor wanted to go.

The set digs through a stack of old-school favourites and forgotten weapons alongside a bunch of fresh, rolling new-school productions — connecting different eras of the sound across two hours.

This episode is a very special and personal one.

The recent passing of Philipp Jung, one half of the legendary M.A.N.D.Y., really hit home. Reminder that life is so precious and to be thankful every day. 

M.A.N.D.Y.’s music has been part of my journey for so many years. Their records helped shape my taste, my DJing and ultimately the artist I became. There’s a depth, emotion and magic in their music that is incredibly hard to put into words, it simply has a feeling of its own.

So for Ranch-O-Radio 124, I went deep into my collection and pulled out an hour of some of my most treasured M.A.N.D.Y. records.

This is my little musical tribute to Philipp celebrating the music, the memories and the incredible contribution he made to electronic music.

Ranch-O-Radio is back.

For Episode 122, I’m taking you deep into the Northern Territory with a live recording from Aetheria Festival 2026, and this one is a special one for me.

It was my second time playing Aetheria, and once again I was incredibly honoured to be invited to close the festival. There’s something pretty magical about being given those final hours of a gathering, watching the sun disappear, the energy shift, and getting to take people on one last journey before the festival comes to an end.

A huge thank you to the entire Darwin Doofers crew, especially Ogie, Flo, Tom, Sabrina and Brielle. You guys absolutely rock. Thank you for the invitation, the trust, and for creating such a beautiful space for music and community.

This set was originally only meant to be two hours. Then Ogie came up to the stage and asked:

“Can you play a three-hour closing set?”

Well, we didn’t quite make three. 😂

But we did make it to 2 hours and 37 minutes.

What followed was a classic Uone journey, deep, hypnotic, psychedelic and a little bit wild. A proper old-school Uone DJ set, recorded live and completely in the moment.
