Born in India and raised in Italy, Jit graduated top of his class from the University of Oxford after studying Materials Science and doing a research stint at MIT.</p><p><br></p><p>During this time, he began to notice something was amiss. He realised that life and work felt stressful, not because there was too much to handle, but because he was not equipped to handle his own thoughts and emotions.</p><p><br></p><p>So he began training as a psychotherapist and deeply explored meditative practices, even travelling around India for several months in search of better answers. </p><p><br></p><p>In this episode, Jit walks Adam through his own journey to self-awareness, why self-awareness is so important, how to support others in becoming more self-aware, and how to develop your own self-awareness.</p><p><br></p><p>This is one of those episodes that really does cover a power skill.
