On the abortion front, Abby said she was stunned by one recent development: the use of RVs to perform abortions.

"One thing I did not see coming — and I feel like I have a pretty good pulse on what's going on in the abortion movement ... one thing that they have done after Roe has surprised me," she said, noting Planned Parenthood's purported use of these RVs for medical care. "This is back-alley abortion, except you're walking into an RV."
