Tom previously started and scaled the UK’s Government Digital Service during the 2010s, helping the UK rise to No.1 in the UN E-Government rankings. He wrote the UK’s first Government Digital Strategy, and served as the GDS’s deputy director for five years, as well as conceiving and leading the creation of <a href="http://GOV.UK">GOV.UK</a>.
