You don’t need another crash diet before your next trip, Pride weekend, or beach vacation.

Operation Speedo is a 16-week coaching program built for gay men 40+ who want to build a body they feel confident in—and learn how to actually maintain it.

Inside this video, Steven explains the three-part approach we use with our clients:

Build the muscle and shape you want with intentional progressive training.
Track your nutrition long enough to understand what your body actually needs.
Sustain your results without living in the gym, tracking every bite forever, or starting over before every vacation.

Steven is a 48-year-old certified personal trainer who has been coaching since 2003 and has helped more than 600 gay men work toward their health, fitness, and body-composition goals.

This isn’t about getting in shape for one weekend.

It’s about getting there—and knowing how to stay there.

If you're a gay man in your 40s or older and you've had a personal trainer for years but you still have the same body, this video is for you.

Do the math: two sessions a week at $150 is about $15,000 a year. Add the high-end gym membership and everything else, and you could be spending close to $30,000 a year. If you paid someone at work that much and got zero results, you'd fire them.

Showing up and sweating isn't the same as making progress. In this video I break down the 4 places traditional training usually falls short:

1. Inconsistent workouts. If your workout changes every session, you can't build muscle. In Operation: Speedo you run a structured program for 6 to 8 weeks so you can beat your numbers every time.
2. No tracking. What did you bench 3 weeks ago? If you don't know, you can't tell if you're progressing. Every workout gets logged.
3. Ignoring the other 23 hours. Sleep, stress, food and your social life shape your body more than one hour in the gym. You get support between sessions too.
4. Vague nutrition. "Eat clean" isn't a plan. Your nutrition gets built around your real life, so you keep the results without feeling deprived.

Online coaching isn't a cheaper version of a trainer. It's structure, accountability and results, and it teaches you to train on your own.

Charlie, a corporate executive, had tried trainer after trainer. What changed for him? For the first time, someone was watching the other 23 hours of his day.

If you haven't reached your goals, it's not your genetics or your age. You haven't had the right structure. And yes, it's completely okay to want to look great in a speedo.

Ready to stop paying for hour-long sessions that don't get results?
👉 DM me "SPEEDO" on Instagram: @stevendurance
👉 Or apply for Operation: Speedo here: www.stevendurance.com

No pressure. I'm looking for the right fit, same as you.

#gaymenover40 #gayfitness #onlinecoaching #OperationSpeedo #fitnessover40
