What was clear when Amy joined Web Summit was how clear a vision co-founder Paddy Cosgrave had for the early stage startup Web Summit. Founded in 2009, it’s an annual technology conference held in Lisbon, Portugal – considered the largest tech event in the world. With many laughs in this interview, I was so happy to have Amy and Paddy join the show to reflect over Amy’s rather unstructured onboarding process.
