He was in the hospital most of his childhood days and away from his home of Pinehouse, Saskatchewan. <br>Tinker was a teenager when he came out of the hospital and was finally able to return to Pinehouse. He speaks of his journey to get to know his family and his history. <br>Once Tinker turned 18, he did not want to be dependant on disability funds. He wanted to be independent. One idea he came up with was to raise awareness for disabilities. In 1989, he ended up doing a 650 km walk from LaRonge to Regina. <br>Episode Two is Tinker’s journey to know himself, and his preparation for a whole new journey.</p>]]>
