Today we interview Dick Withnell, a philanthropist and retired car dealer magnate, about his life and his leadership practices. He ran Withnell Motor Company for 22 years and has done many things to better his community such as setting up a scholarship competition for Salem-Keizer music students and helping found Children's Public Private Partnership (CP3), a program dedicated to helping children in foster care find permanent homes.
