There is a lot of car chases and some weird plot about stolen gold hiding in cars, but not really. Check it out!

Then, to top it off, the wheelchair gang ends up getting in a chase with the father and they all crash CHiPs style. It's a wild ride!

See, it all makes perfect sense. This movie stars David Hasselhoff, Stepfanie Kramer, Randolph Mantooth and Adrienne Barbeau, so a very big named cast. The Hoff is a cop who moved from Chicago, we hear about that a lot, and he is the only one who can figure out these murders that are happening in London Village area. It's weird, very cheesy and totally 80s. Check it out.

Ward (Shatner) seems to have a little problem separating his TV persona from real life and tries to help Columbo. It's gets a little weird, but it is a lot of fun. Check it out!

We also had a doctor who is kind of a jerk and always sucking up to the board of directors. Again, sound familiar? The main story is about an older man who doesn't want his family to take care of him after almost dying in a hotel fire. Nice feel good story.

During one of her shows a girl gets trampled and paralyzed. She needs someone to talk to and David is the guy. She does almost kill herself in the show, but David Hulks out when he gets trampled in the audience and saves her. It is quite and episode. Check it out!

He manages to figure out something is amiss in town and it turns out the bar owner is planning a major heist and now they have to stop it. The plot is really weak here, it is basically a long Culture Club video. Check it out!

Jim helps out a friend, Lori, after someone tries to kill her in an airport parking lot. She thinks she knows who did it, and after he tries to kill her again Jim gets in on the chase. Taking the image of a dead photographer he stumbles upon, the Starman meets his son and is immediately on the run from the Feds. Crockett and Tubbs end up saving his life, but he gets away with a bunch of cash. Not a great episode, to be honest.

Michael, heartbroken, makes it a high priority to find KITT and not worry much about the bad guys who want to blow up a dam. In the end Michael finds, and fixes KITT, and stops the bad guys. It was a touching episode.

It is quite confusing, but Bill really shines in this episode.

Hill Street Blues

This week we look at the Hill Street precinct of an unknown big city as they try to grapple with life and crime. We have a large cast of characters. Maybe a bit too much to keep track of in the first few minutes, but that is life in the Big City police station. We get a robbery with a hostage situation, two cops being shot, and a detective who thinks he is a dog.

We start off with some spoilery talk about Breaking Bad, so if you don't want to hear that part you can skip to 7:25 to go right to the good stuff. Also, we had some audio issues. Hopefully it is decently fixed and it doesn't take away from your enjoyment.

We wanted to check it out because of the tragic story of the co-star Jon-Erik Hexum’s death on set and to see if the show could have lasted longer if he had lived. We both enjoyed it, but the pilot was a little stiff, so we’ll have to check out more episodes to make a final determination. Either way, we both think Jon-Erik Hexum would have been a big star.

After a short delay we are back! This week we are meeting Jim Rockford for the first time on The Rockford Files. A young woman, played by The Bionic Woman herself, Lindsay Wagner, wants Jim’s help to solve her father’s murder. Jim is reluctant and actually quits several times, but finally takes the case after notices some dummy tailing him in a giant red Cadillac. We get a fight in the men’s room, a chase through the desert and a plane getting shot down by a hand gun. It’s pretty exciting for the first case, even if there is too much filler. Our first animated show! We go back a little farther in time to try to catch up with Speed Racer and his friends, and the powerful Mach 5, of course. Speed is a born racer but his dad won’t let him race, probably because we see many drivers die in this episode alone. Pops Racer has designed a powerful new engine, quits his job and almost has his plans for the new engine stolen. Speed joins a race to win money so his dad can build his prototype. And, as often is the case, some bad guys get in the race and try to steal the Mach 5 and murder everyone else in the race. What a great show for kids! Listen to find out how it all goes down!

Episode 25 – The Six Million Dollar Man, The Return of The Bionic Woman

This week we go back to where it all began for us, The Six Million Dollar Man. We are checking in on Steve in season three as his legs are damaged and he is whisked away to the Bionic Hospital where he spots Jamie! Was it really her? He was on a lot of drugs. Turns out, yes, Jamie did not die at the end of the last episode we watched. She was resurrected by the power of TV ratings, and with some help from a handsome young doctor. Jamie lost her memory, of course, and kind of falls for the doctor and we both wonder why Steve doesn’t use his bionics to launch him out a window. Steve and Jamie end up on a mission together and blow it because Jamie really should still be in a hospital so soon after coming out of a coma. Listen to hear how it all ends up.

Episode 23 – Battlestar Galactica Pilot, Part 2

Let’s finish up this movie. We left off with the last remaining humans on some space casino planet, but you could tell something sinister lurked underground, so to speak. Now we have to find out if the humans make it off the planet with out getting eaten by the insect people or just blown up by the Cylons. For some reason one of the human counselors who just saw their planets destroyed wants to lay down their arms again to make peace. I guess you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. Also, Starbuck tries to get the weird double-faced singers to come with him so he can be their manager, Boxy and Muffit run away multiple times, and Adama thinks there is another trap set by the Cylons. Take a trip out to space with us as we discuss the Battlestar Galactica pilot movie, at least the first two-thirds of it. Baltar betrays the humans and helps the Cylon robots attempt to wipe out humanity. But, thanks to Commander Adama, some people and a few ships survive. After their planets are destroyed, this rag-tag fleet of space ships heads out to find the mythical planet Earth. First they need fuel, build a robot dog for some kid, and gamble on a casino planet. Columbo doesn’t have his wrinkled coat, and we don’t see the old Peugeot, but this is still the same guy. He is a little more direct here, but Columbo still has that quality were he can make the murderer thinks he’s not very bright, then he ends up trapping them in their own lies. One woman has to bring Steve back to America and save the world from the Nazi’s. Princess Diana wins a challenge so she gets to be Wonder Woman, go to America, dodge bullets and take down a Nazi airplane. It’s a jam packed episode!
