        <![CDATA[<p>In this episode, Chloe Smith and Emerson Meadows travel to discuss the disturbing true crime case of <strong>Charlie Brandt</strong>, a seemingly normal man who hid a dark past.</p><p>Brandt, an engineer living in Florida with his wife <strong>Teri</strong>, appeared to have a picture-perfect life. However, in <strong>2004</strong>, after evacuating due to <strong>Hurricane Ivan</strong>, he shockingly <strong>murdered his wife and niece, Michelle</strong>, before taking his own life. Michelle’s friend <strong>discovered his body hanging in the garage</strong>, leading police to uncover the gruesome crime scene inside the house.</p><p>Upon investigation, it was revealed that <strong>this was not Charlie’s first murder</strong>.
