        <![CDATA[<p>Meet the Gender Empowerment Centre's 2025-2026 staff, learn about our resources, events, our latest book club meeting, our field trip to the CFUV, and our theories about current GEM mysteries. </p><p>The Gender Empowerment Centre (GEM), an advocacy group at the University of Victoria Student Society, advocates for self-identified women, trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming folks, and our mission is to be a strong feminist voice on campus. Anyone who aligns with our values of intersectional feminism, bodily autonomy, sex positivity and collective liberation is welcome in our community.
