Aggie served twenty-three years as a Personal Manager, representing and specializing in children in the entertainment industry.

Aggie is responsible for establishing the careers for such celebrities as Alec Mapa, (Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives,) Tatyana M. Ali (Fresh Prince of Bel Air,) Joanna Garcia, (Are you Afraid of the Dark,) Jackie Tohn (Dawg) and Andrea Ross.

She assisted President George HW Bush during Desert Storm by organizing the children of the entertainment industry to donate some of their earnings to aid the families of the Desert Storm service men. Aggie again assisted President Bill Clinton with his "War on Drugs" with the aid of "Children to Children," a non-profit organization she founded.
