(02:17) Use short words, short sentences, and short paragraphs + Never use jargon words
(03:08) Never write more than two pages on any subject

(04:17) If it is something important, get a colleague to improve it
(04:53) Before you send your letter, make sure it's crystal clear what you want your recipient to do
