I have really enjoyed making catapults with you… interestingly in 2022 someone in America caught 77 marshmallows in their mouth with a home-made catapult in one minute, according to the Guinness book of records. Now that is one awesome catapult!

Today we are going to continue our theme about the Olympic games. This is a game to play with a partner, so if you’re listening on your own – go grab your grown up for a few minutes of fun,  a friend or a sibling. You can enjoy this wherever you are, at home, on holiday, in the garden or in the street.

To begin you need to number yourselves person #1 and person #2. We’re going to play this one together. We are going to compete in challenges like an Olympic athlete each inspired by an Olympic sport. It is going to be sooooo much fun.. are we ready to rumble?

The Olympics is a sporting event that takes place every four years. The 2024 Olympics (the year we are in now) – there will be a variety of 32 sports where athletes can win a gold, silver or bronze medal.. (THAT’S so cool right!)  Athletes travel from over 206 different countries. This year the Olympic games are taking place in Paris from Jul 26-Aug 11, 2024 join us to chat more about this amazing event!
