<![CDATA[In this episode of Conscious Conversations, Gab and Kate delve into the importance of gathering as women. And, how through communicating consciously and lovingly, as Kate has developed through her work with The Sister Circles, we help each other to create a safe and supportive environment that allows for deeper sharing and connection.

Kate Reed is a group facilitator and a teacher of women’s work. Check out her website www.thesistercircles.com and follow her on Instagram @thesistercircles

Kate has a Masters in counselling as well as training in many modalities including somatic psychotherapy, health coaching, youth mental health, community management, soul realignment, geomancy, and plant spirit ceremonial practices.

She has been facilitating Sister Circles for over 25 years and also teaches other women to hold sacred Sisters Circles in their own communities.

Her work is a blend of modern human psychology and earth-based shamanic practices that allows us to remember ourselves as the powerful creators that we are in this multi-dimensional universe. ]]>
