Yes! May was full of surprises and cool and fresh releases! �� But this time Filip and I
decided to take it a bit slower and combine our tastes. This means we were going through
the same genres and picked the best products in our opinion. We can call this a cute little
challenge and we would like to know what you think who got the better track selection. ��
And NO, this is not a goodbye, it is just a little BREAK! �� Summer touring is already fully
packed for Filip and a few international trips and festivals are finally happening again for
me. �� Before we put the pause on these #wrapup shows, we decided to touch the base of
deep and tech house and keep you up to date with trending tracks. We will indeed miss
doing those studio sessions but 3 months will pass fast and we assure you summer
#wrapup will be massive! And I will give my best to keep inviting guests to my show as
often as I can.

However, we hope you will stay beside us while we present to you our April #wrapup.
We've turned tables once again - we talked about the afro house and progressive house,
but we switched roles this time. We covered indie dance as well since it looks like this
genre is getting some crazy hype. And we added another ingredient to this show called
dance/electro-pop and we hope you will like it. �� Since Filip approved my picks you can
also relax and enjoy watching. �� Again, a mix of laughter, good vibes, quality music,
interesting discussions and a lil bit of education is what made this April #wrapup episode
so amusing.

People say he is a newcomer, but I would not use that word for him since he has been
delivering some amazing production for the last 15 years and it is not strange he has 100
million streaming plays and 30 million total YouTube views. Magnificent right? Lately he

has been focused on progressive house and melodic techno, but you can find almost
anything you imagine in his portfolio! And this is why he has huge support from the
biggest artist including Tiesto, Solomun, Sasha, John Digweed, Armin van Buuren, Robin
Schulz, Above and Beyond, and many more. Besides his own production and releases for
the biggest labels such as Anjunabeats, Spinnin’, Armada, Diynamic, AFTR:HOURS, he has
done a lot of remixes that ended up on the various top lists.

17. This episode should be named “Dance like no one is watching!” A March #wrapup was recorded in a bit different environment. Since we are talking about electronic music in this show we thought it could be even cooler to do a mix of the best tracks live in the studio with the DJ equipment. As expected, Filip did an amazing job on decks after I gave him a really tough job - mixing 4 different genres during 2 hours show and talking about music with me. This time we picked Minimal/Deep Tech, Melodic House & Techno, Trance and Techno/Peak Time as the genres we wanted to focus on. Being a talented and worldwide recognized progressive psytrance producer and a DJ, running Tesseract Studio record label since 2010, and being in the middle of almost every big event around the world made him one of the highest booked names in the business today. His name is Nikola Kozic but you may know him as Zyce! We were discussing psytrance music, the evolution of this genre, launching his record label 12 years ago, the importance of artist development, the challenges young producers face and a lot more entertaining topics. We also went behind the most streamed track "Anjuna" he made with Liquid Soul featuring Solar Kid a couple of years ago which is one of the most viral tracks at this moment. And I am impatient to see how does the world turns around in the very close future for this guy.

February #wrapup episode is here! This time Filip and I had an extremely hard job! We
both struggled with choosing the best new organic house, funky house, afro house, and
drum ‘n’ bass tracks. One of those genres was requested by YOU. You will see who got
which genre and how we got along with this challenge if you watch the whole show.

appreciate your feedback. And yes, we are accepting new challenges from you guys, so
feel free to let us know about those requests. It is never easy to accomplish those tasks

Yes, Filip and I decided to do these recaps every month. In this episode, we will reveal to you the best tracks released in January in our personal opinion. We picked a couple of genres, went through them, listened carefully, and chose the 5 best tracks for each genre. This was super hard and stressful, we have to admit. You will see who got which genre if you listen to the whole show. Please let us know if you like this concept and you want anything to add or change, we will appreciate your feedback. A lot of you asked me to do a special episode as a wrap-up of last year when it comes
to most listened tracks. This is why I decided to take you on a journey back at what has
been another phenomenal year for electronic dance music with top-selling and most-
streamed tracks, artists, and labels of 2021. And then I realized to make this episode even

more special I need one music industry professional beside me. So I picked up my phone
and called Filip Fisher, a good friend of mine, DJ, producer, record label founder, and
music concept bar owner who has been in the industry for more than 15 years. Thanks to
Beatport yearly report that made this easier for us.

Unique, different and refreshing is something they brought to the music scene. If you
ask them, they will say they film and organize unique music events at the most beautiful
locations all around the globe. If you ask me, I will say it is all about the experience, the
timeless experience you cannot live at any party or a festival in the world. For now, they
organized 22 live events (7 during the pandemic) in some amazing places and more than
5 one-man shows and invited well-known artists to be part of this project. Their name is
Time Code, they are from Serbia, and they are about to show you who the talented team
standing behind TIME:CODE name is and why their events leave you speechless every
single time.

Yes I am bringing you some insights regarding the more commercial side of electronic
music. Talking to one of the most respected big room artists in the scene, the first Belgian
DJ who climbed the main stage of Tomorrowland where he stayed as a resident DJ since
2007 and the second Belgian artist to be in the top 40 of DJ Magazine. Of course, we
covered this topic and Yves was so wonderful to go down the memory lane and talk
about how he ended up deep into the world of music and why he enjoys so much being a
DJ. He also explained why it can be tricky if you decide to do a rework or a remix of an old
popular track. I can tell you that this episode was full of laughter and I guarantee you will
enjoy so many amusing topics. It is also a bit shorter than usual so I know you will ask me
“Why this ended up so quickly?” But I need to ask you: “Are you ready to go insane with
Yves V?” ��

Welcome to the very first episode of the Connected by Frequency podcast. It is my great pleasure I got a chance to start this project with this humble and extremely talented soul. When I realized Eelke is coming to perform at Exit Festival I couldn’t resist inviting him to the studio in Belgrade. I don’t need to mention that he made a huge impact in the electronic music world for the last 20 years. He is not putting himself in the specific basket when it comes to genres but he developed his unique and recognizable sound that we usually define as melodic techno or deep house. He was also invited to play live for the world-known Cercle event this year at the amazing Mont Saint Michell in France.
