Georgia built a career helping women feel more connected to their bodies, sensuality, desire and pleasure. But after cancer, chemo and the sudden death of her father changed the course of her life, Georgia faced an uncomfortable truth: her own relationship to her sexuality had changed.

Come Undone is her intimate audio-visual journey into rediscovering sensuality and coming home to herself after grief and illness turned her life upside down.

Each week, Georgia sits down with leading sexual wellness experts who assign her a range of weird and wonderful ‘hands-on’ assignments to explore what really happens when a sex coach has to walk her talk.

By laying bare the process of healing and inviting an audience into the sex coaching room, Come Undone sparks hope, connection - and maybe even a little pleasure - for anyone learning to feel at home in their body.

Can submission help you heal after trauma?

In this episode of Come Undone, Georgia Rose is joined by former international dominatrix, kink therapist and confidence coach Miss Erica Storm (also known as Madam Storm) for a conversation about surrender, self-trust and sexual confidence.

Following her conscious kink experience in the previous episode, Georgia shares a powerful realisation she had: after cancer treatment, she had unconsciously begun to associate surrendering her body with pain, fear and loss of control. But through a carefully held BDSM ritual, she experienced something entirely different - a reprogramming of that association, and a restoration of agency.

Together, Georgia and Erica explore why submission can be deeply empowering, how kink can provide a space for healing and reclamation, and what it means to rebuild trust in yourself after trauma.

The conversation expands into a broader discussion about confidence, people-pleasing, boundaries and self-worth. Erica challenges Georgia to examine her relationship with self-trust, arguing that genuine confidence isn't something we perform — it's something we cultivate through learning to honour ourselves, use our voice and trust our own decisions.

As part of this week's assignment, Georgia attends Erica's 'Strut Masterclass', where she explores her "inner domme" and "small self", confronts the lingering impact of cancer on her confidence, and discovers just how emotional the simple affirmation "I trust my body" can be.

This episode is ultimately about coming home to yourself: learning to trust your instincts, reclaim your body after trauma, and remembering that confidence isn't about becoming someone new - it's about reconnecting with who you already are.

Come Undone is an intimate audio-visual journey.
Maybe healing isn’t about returning to who you were before. Maybe it’s about letting go and becoming someone entirely new.

In the fifth episode of Come Undone, certified sex coach Georgia Rose is joined by Kate Moyle - a psychosexual and relationship therapist - to explore how trauma can completely reshape the way we experience sexual desire and the connection to our own bodies and restructure who we are sexually.

The episode unpacks the pressure to “heal properly,” “bounce back,” or somehow get sexuality “right” after life-changing experiences.
What happens when you don’t feel like the same person sexually anymore, and feel totally lost?

In the third episode of Come Undone, certified sex coach Georgia Rose is joined by sexual wellness expert Billie Quinlan – co-founder of the Ferly method - to discuss the shame and frustrations that accompany losing your sexual spark.

Georgia and Billie honestly discuss comparison spirals; measuring yourself against your “old” sexual self, holding on to the past versions of confidence, desire, and eroticism, and most importantly, the fact that this can keep you stuck in the same place. The two unpack how sexuality evolves through life, and what it looks like to meet yourself where you are now, not where you think you should be.

Billie shares ideas about rebuilding pleasure in this chapter of life, as well as easy ways to let go of old versions of your sexual self, express your needs, and focus on new sexual values.

Georgia is assigned her third sexual homework assignment: a letting-go ritual.

Closing the episode, Georgia releases old beliefs, expectations, and identities around sex, creating space for something new to emerge.

Come Undone is an intimate audio-visual journey.
