Ms. Tametra “Coach T” Tracy, the owner and operator of Tracy Life Wellness, a therapeutic coaching and professional counseling service dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional, behavioral, and personal alignment within themselves and in their relationships.

Coach T currently serves as a mental health professional at the state hospital in her area and is completing her PhD at Regent University’s School of Psychology & Counseling, where she continues to deepen her work in mental health, human behavior, and transformational wellness.

A former college educator, she has also spent over 15 years as a spiritual teacher, adviser, speaker, and group facilitator. A graduate of Davidson Fine Arts Magnet School with a background in vocal arts, Tametra’s creative niche now centers on creating spaces for learning and transformation through the creative teaching of spiritual concepts and their practical application in everyday life.
