Latasha loves being an Occupational Therapist and feels lucky to be an Occupational Therapy educator and business owner. She has been an Occupational Therapist for 13 years and has been teaching for 4 years. She loves all things advocacy and social justice, a typically forgotten aspect of practice. Her business, Thrive OT, LLC – a based practice specializing in sensory processing & executive functioning skills -- is new and blooming. She acknowledges it's been amazing to work on her own terms and provide quality meaningful care in client's natural environment (home/community). 

Although she loves Occupational Therapy, her most important role is being a mother to an amazing, sassy, 5 year old who loves the Spice Girls as much as her mom. After seeking clarity on a related condition, Latasha was recently diagnosed with ADHD. Her disclosure and authenticity is an asset to her as a practitioner and person -- and she's excited to share her experience with listeners.

Audra is a pelvic health occupational therapist and proud owner of Autonomy Pelvic Health, located in Leominster, MA. She is passionate about pelvic health and loves to learn all the nerdy things about it! She also enjoys weight-training, running, hiking, baking, video games, memes, coffee, and spending time with her husband and kitties (Athena and Apollo). Audra loves being her weird, eccentric, energetic self. She has ADHD and hopes that his podcast episode helps others learn to embrace their ADHD energy!

She's a passionate member of the board for Sparkle House, working with the board to create the first pediatric palliative care and end of life respite home in Mass. Jordan Salzano is from Long Island, New York and is a graduate occupational therapy student at Springfield College, in Springfield, Massachusetts. She is an aspiring motivational speaker with a niche in both autism advocacy and general motivation, a published self-help author, a self-help podcast host, a self-help content creator, and an entrepreneur. She published her debut self-help book, called The Everlasting Hunger for Improvement, in December 2020. She is publishing my second self-help book, Dead Ends on a Direct Road, in Fall 2025. She has spoken at national autism conferences, including the College Autism Network's College Autism Summit, the Autism Society of Minnesota's Autistic Community Summit, and The Milestones ConneXtion Autism Conference. Join us as we share time & space with Dana, my very first friend from kindergarten and a self-diagnosed ADHD’er who is bewitched by all things Halloween.

In this episode, we'll rehash a few awkward memories from kindergarten and talk about some of the weird stuff Dana does to be her best self. We'll dive into Dana's identity as a self-diagnosed ADHD'er and everything that comes with it [like, does self-diagnosis count?]. You'll hear Dana's enthusiasm for life and living authentically as she talks about how she cares for herself and about the things that bring her joy, as weird as they may be. Oh!
