Emerging or veteran leaders who integrate these principles will build <strong>communities</strong> that are more resilient, passionate, and harmonious in the face of adversity and uncertainty.</p><p><strong>Priya Parker's book </strong><a href="https://www.amazon.com/Art-Gathering-How-Meet-Matters/dp/1594634920"><strong><em>The Art of Gathering: How We Meet and Why It Matters</em></strong></a> helps us take a deeper look at how anyone can create collective meaning in modern life, one gathering at a time. </p><p>In his book <a href="http://www.scruminc.com/new-scrum-the-book/">Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time</a>, <a href="http://www.infoq.com/author/Jeff-Sutherland">Jeff Sutherland</a> explains how the Scrum framework can be used as a general business practice to accelerate work of all kinds. He describes how bottom-up organization can be done by giving teams a clear goal and allowing them to decide how to accomplish it, and how to use continuous improvements and minimum viable products to get frequent and quick feedback during projects.</p><p><strong>ATLIS</strong> is a rapidly growing professional network for <strong>technology leaders</strong> in independent schools, providing professional development, networking, and curated resources for members.
