Welcome to the Anchor Deep Podcast hosted by Anchor Bay East Marina!
Join us as Anchor Bay owner Alex DelSordo talks with marine businesses up and down the Chesapeake Bay!

First up, Michelle Lessner, the owner of ShipsDek!
Michelle was born and raised on Kent Island and grew up boating on the Chesapeake Bay. After a career at UPS she changed gears and started a mobile marine service, Ships Ahoy Inc, in 2007. For years she installed many brands of foam decking product and realized that the turn around time was often not conducive to the shorter Chesapeake Bay boating season. So, in 2017 she purchased her own CNC machines and launched ShipsDek specifically targeting boaters of the Mid-Atlantic region. She prides herself and her product on quick turn around times, attention to detail, and a personalized customer experience!
