Pastor Terry Johnson is president of the Australian Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  

Sven Östring is director of ministry and strategy for the South Pacific Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. He loves reading inspiring mission stories with his beautiful wife and children. 

Professor Kerri-Lee Krause (PhD, PFHEA, FSRHE) is Vice-Chancellor and President of Avondale University and Honorary Professorial Fellow at The University of Melbourne. She is Deputy Chair of the Australian Government’s Higher Education Standards Panel and an experienced university executive, internationally recognised for her higher education policy research and practice.  

Elizabeth Ostring is a retired musculoskeletal and family physician. Currently adjunct research officer for Avondale University, pastor for Hope Channel New Zealand Bible School, and head elder of Royal Oak Seventh-day Adventist Church, Auckland, New Zealand. 

Emmah Dakua is dedicated to stewardship and holds the role of associate CFO at Trans Pacific Union Mission. Her husband, Mesake, along with their four-year-old daughter, Atelini, take care of the Vunisoco branch Sabbath school located outside of Suva, an endeavour they hold great affection for. 

Dr Ronald Stone serves as principal of Fulton Adventist University College. 

Mere Vaihola, MEd (Avondale College, Australia), is currently the deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration) for Pacific Adventist University, Papua New Guinea.  Mere has served as a teacher and school administrator for 17 years in Tonga and associate and Education director for the Trans Pacific Union Mission for 6 years. Tongan by birth, to missionary parents, the late Naimila and Tesimale Latu, she is married to Siosaia Vaihola, who is also a teacher by profession. 

Mark J P Pearce is director of the Ellen G White/Seventh-day Adventist Research Centre at Avondale University. Mark is from Queensland where he was born, grew up and worked most of his ministry. He is married to Paulene, and has two children and three grandchildren. James was Mark’s great-grandfather and was an early convert in the Mackay region.  

Dr Wendy Jackson is the Head of the Avondale Seminary, a senior lecturer in Theology and a commissioned pastor. 

Pastor Darren Garlett, a Wadjuk Nyoongar man, is director of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ministries for the Australian Union Conference. He has four children and seven grandchildren and has served the Adventist church since 2000. 

David McClintock is a teacher who grew up and worked in the Pacific and just loves stories of God’s interactions with people. 

John Wells is an outdoor man from South NZ who God called to be a pastor. He is married to Judy Maher (from WA) and has three amazing daughters, one son-in-law and one grandson. 

He spent 12 years in local churches the 31 years in Youth ministry. He is currently the pastor of Lord Howe Island and the Sydney Indonesian SAD Church.  

Edyta Jankiewicz serves in the ministerial association at the South Pacific Division. She’s married to Darius, and their two young-adult daughters, Caitlin and Ashley, have recently left home, so they’re learning to navigate their newly empty nest. 

Pastor Clifton Glasgow is married to Teangi and has three daughters, Clara, Hadassah, and Rachel. His passion in ministry is to share the everlasting gospel, as he feels the need for God’s salvation every day, and believes it is the fuel of the Church and power of God to salvation for the world. 

Sylvia Mendez is a pastor currently serving as the Women’s, Children’s and Family ministries director for the Australian Union Conference. She is devoted wife to Gabriel and mother to Sofia and Elizabeth. When she isn’t with people, she is doing her next favourite thing, reading books or writing. 

Jared Martin is the senior pastor of Coastlife Seventh-day Adventist Church on the Gold Coast, Queensland. He has just completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Ellen G White Studies and Seventh-day Adventist Church History at Andrews University and has recently returned from an Adventist history tour around North America. 

Pastor Lyndelle Peterson is currently serving as the Associate Ministerial Association Secretary and Director of Sabbath School and Stewardship at the Australian Union Conference Office and has ministered for over 10 years in local Church, chaplaincy and departmental work. She lives in Melbourne with her Pastor husband Adrian, and daughters Georgia and Chloe. Her favourite things are brunch, rainy days, steaming cups of tea and a good book, but she’s especially passionate about coming up with new and creative ways to share Jesus with others. 

Pastor Maveni Kaufononga, hailing from Tonga, is happily married to Annie, who is from the Cook Islands. They are blessed with two children, Siaosi and Tepaeru, both of whom are currently employed in the Cook Islands. Maveni has dedicated his career to serving the church since 1988, taking on various roles such as a local church pastor, district director, school chaplain, youth director, and now serving in an administrative capacity. His extensive journey has taken him to different locations, including Tonga, the Cook Islands, and presently Fiji. He finds great joy in witnessing the growth of the Adventist movement, actively preparing the world for the imminent return of Jesus. 

Serah Tina Keliwin serves as associate Education director for the Papua New Guinea Union Mission. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Keliwin Sasa, and they have six children and five grandchildren. She and her family attend the Lae Adventist Memorial Church where they assist in training young people to study God’s Word using the Bible Summary or School for Life method which she initially introduced at Mt Diamond Adventist Secondary School where she served as a teacher.  

Pastor Glenn Townend is the president of the South Pacific Division. He values working with people and seeing them respond to the work of Jesus in their life, discipleship and disciple making. He enjoys gardening, cycling, and time with family, especially his seven grandchildren.

Sarah-Jane Riley is the discipleship pastor at Papatoetoe Seventh-day Adventist Community Church in North New Zealand, and she loves exploring Aotearoa (NZ) with her fluffy companion Baxter. 

Jacklyn S Nembai in the Women and Children Ministries director at Papua New Guinea Union Mission. Former academic with eight years of experience who is passionate about human development, spirituality, and discipleship. 

Dr Eddie Tupa’i is lead pastor for the New Zealand Pacific Union Conference and he loves taking his dog, Chiko, to the Manukau Botanical Gardens as many days of the week as possible. 

Daniel Ricky is deputy principal of Sonoma Adventist College, PNG, and loves snorkeling and fishing in the sea. 

Jacqueline Wari is Communication director for the Papua New Guinea Union Mission and loves travelling, reading and gardening. She is married to Pastor Cameron Wari and their home is blessed with Malu and Neriah. 

Victor Kulakov is the New Zealand Pacific Union Church Discipleship Ministries lead pastor. His work stretches around the South Pacific. Victor's greatest passion is to empower people to fall in love with life, make positive changes and enjoy success in all aspects of life. 

Dr Teatulohi Matainaho is one of the twins and is Vice Chancellor of Pacific Adventist University, Papua New Guinea. He loves reading the Bible, sharing the love of Jesus and spending time with his family. 

Pastor Miller Kuso is Sabbath School and Personal Ministries/Institute of Public Evangelism director and PNG for Christ working committee chairman at Papua New Guinea Union Mission. He is married to Joyce Alova (the daughter of a pastor) and they have two young boys. 

John Skrzypaszek was the Director of Ellen White/SDA Research Centre at Avondale University (2005-2020). In his retirement, based in Cooranbong, he continues to serve as Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Avondale University, focusing on research and writing. He is married to Brenda and has two adult sons, Raphael and Luke.  

Keryn McCutcheon is the ADRA NZ Country Director. She is enthusiastic about doing life deeply with God and others, and creating environments where people learn and experience a flourishing life, as Christ’s disciples. 

David Jones is the Director of Adventist Heritage after 30 plus years as an educator for the Adventist church. His interests include his family, being a Boompa (Grandpa), spending time with friends, boating and sports of all sorts.
