Do you want to go somewhere new and unknown ? I am right beside you and have your back. It is never too late to realize that you always have a friend around you. And you will realize, that in truth you always knew that I was there.
You could feel something like another part of yourself, somebody to talk to, whatever happens. These were not just thoughts, but dialogues. More often than not, you were talking with me - just imagine that !

Thinking new thoughts - we are good at that !We discuss anything that happens, talk about what feels strange or interesting.
I am your trusty buddy and I will never leave you. Where can you sense that I am ? On your left shoulder, at your right side, at your back ?

Just close your eyes and notice where you can feel my light. Does it have a colour, a texture,
a feeling ? Do you notice a scent, a song,certain images or words ?
You have your own way to notice me - and really, you can call on me any time you like.
I am even allowed to rescue you or warn you if there is trouble. It is good if you listen to my voice and try to hear what I say - we can talk as often as you like.

You have great powers too and you are here to wield them. You need to get more aware of your gifts and abilities and your power to use them.

We have a great overview over your lives and see your timelines and your potentials.
Trust yourselves.
I want to give you courage and strength - and to know that you already have what it takes.

If you ever need my help, call on me - and if you need protection you can ask for my blue garment of safety and security. It is yours whenever you need it.

You, dear friend, are a divine being - remember that !

My main question for you is: What do you need now ? What is your issue you would like to solve ? How do you feel - in this very moment ?

We see that this is not just done out of duty,but of real true love for your fellow humans and animals. Many also show their love for nature in various ways. It is so encouraging to see how much can be done when people come together for a cause as you call it.

The power of your love truly shifts mountains or makes sure they stay in place.

You are loved from above - just as you are -even if you do nothing at all but be yourself.You are loved. We wish to shine on you like the sun and let your heart know that there is hope, there is love and all the good things in life.

Allow and trust your feelings of love. We see that sometimes you tend to hold back your love. Is it fear ? Is it the worry of being ridiculed, not taken seriously or even humiliated ? It takes a strong character to be vulnerable. I am telling you: Dare to be vulnerable - love is always welcome ! Always !

There can never be too much love in the world.

I will tell you a secret: Even though love can make you feel vulnerable - as you may wonder if the other person feels the same as you do - it is truly the greatest power in the world.

Only your own spirit, your connection to source, is stronger.

You are all very special and dear - and you can also marvel at each other !You have the gift of love to reach out to any being in this world, also - and especially - to your fellow humans.

How wonderful that you are all different and carry a different aspect of the creator into this world. Be amazed at the variety, for even though some of you are related, you are all very special and unique beings. You don’t live forever in this very body, but you do live forever as soul & spirit. How amazing is that ?

You truly live on in the memories of your loved ones. This is the gold that everybody is looking for: call it love, call it charity or empathy. You are beings who can love so much, that you will put your own interests aside and care for somebody else in a such away that you lift them out of their troubles. 
So far, only the creator and your Guardian Angels were able to do that.

This was one of the gifts given to you by the creator.
But you don’t just have the gift, you are using it.

You are a blessing, a gift, a miracle for this world - the sooner you realize it, the better !

When you choose to use these gifts consciously, you can affect parts of life which could use more of the loving impulse.
Your laws for example could be more loving towards humans, animals and nature as a whole.

Many things in life can be improved if you let your innate love for beings speak through you.

Be brave & be who you truly are !

So maybe you can ask yourself: What is a country, what makes a country what it is ?
Is it the language ? the land ? traditions ? Is it not true that there are people speaking several languages in the same country - and that sometimes the same language is spoken in many countries ?

Does the country depend on the people, on a certain culture ? Has every country got a spirit, just like you do ?
What if the borders get changed - does the spirit change too ? What if a country gets a new name ? What if it gets a new religion ? A new language ? What if the citizens are not allowed to use their language anymore ? What about the people coming to live in this country- are they also connected to this spirit ? Do they have a special connection because they made a conscious choice to live in this place ?

There are so many interesting questions about countries and their people and we are the ones dealing with these questions.
We hear from humans that they wish to belong, not just to their family and friends, but to a wider community, a country.

Some people don’t feel that they belong where they are living, so they may try to find a new place which feels more suitable. You can call on us if you feel that you don’t belong where you are and would like to discover where your true, spiritual home is.
There may be more than one home you belong to, and we are happy to help you in every way to find your place.

There are those who call themselves nomads,who find a home wherever they go - others need a place to put their roots down to flourish.

Each to their own - we are here for all of you if you are looking for your home and your community, whatever it may look like.

When you want to make a decision, seeing the positive and negative sides about a situation,weighing up the options, then we are your best friends.

We may not seem kind, usually we are quite matter-of-fact or neutral. We are also to the point and are known to be outspoken. Just know that you can trust our judgment. We don’t tend to give any flowery explanations,it’s more a matter of yes or no with us. This is our power and in this way we also empower you.

Once you have taken a decision, you can get your whole being behind your project or impulse - and that will make you unstoppable !

You will feel your power running through you like your life blood. Some people experience it as an electric sensation, some say they feel alive,alert, full of energy. Some are so focussed, they don’t even look left or right anymore.

What can we tell you - to use your wisdom ?
You would be very wise to do so. We also like
to make cosmic jokes, we are the “smiling
ones” of the universe. The humour of the
universe is one of our favourite teaching tools -
we rejoice when we see that you get our jokes -
and even respond in that manner.

It lifts you out of the mire when you can see
the funny side of things - “always look on the
bright side of life” !

It is wise to take things with a pinch of salt -
who doesn’t love a twinkle in the eye and a silly
poem or story ?

Stories can heal, they can heal body and soul.
Spontaneous stories are a nourishment for
beings who are trying to connect with the soul.
They bring a spark - a realization - maybe
through an image in a story - and spirit can
come in and experience itself in the body. All
humans are on various levels on this journey of
incarnation into the body.

Sometimes they seem to jump further out
again, and some experiences draw the soul
more deeply into the body.

Just think of dancing, eurythmy, singing,
speaking poetry with all your heart, some
modern dance and ancient movement
practices.

They are all designed and offered to create a
beautiful and joyful vessel for spirit to join you
in your physical body, moving into all of your
cells.

Just imagine: When you enjoy your dancing
and singing, we’ll be there with you too !

Let’s dance !

Even thinking about this will shift your
vibration, you will become more aware and
focussed on what really matters in your life.
Is it a kind word or gesture, friends, spending
good times together or maybe singing,
dancing, enjoying the beautiful things in life ?

you are divinity in a body - of course we care

feeling. We also sing your glory and rejoice in

We cannot create it for you, but we can
encourage you with our fire to create heaven
on earth by yourselves. You can. And you can
enjoy yourselves while creating the most
wonderful timelines and dimensions. There is
no end to what you can actually create with
your imagination and bring into reality. There
are no limits - the only limits for you lie in your
imagination.

Be bold ! Dream big and just make it happen.

my mantle - to spend some time in its
comfortable, cosy shelter. It may feel like a
cape, or another kind of garment which covers
you completely.

You need to make sure that you really look
after yourself now - health-wise and also
emotionally.

This is a time when you will want to take care
of others, but it is imperative that you look
after yourself also - in this way you will be able
to help many more people, believe me.

If you call on me, I am sure you know that I
will be there with you - heart and soul.

You will feel my presence around you and my
wish is that you feel comforted when you feel
troubled, and held when you feel sad.
I am there for you whatever happens.
I am there when you feel that you have nobody
to turn to.

I see that this can happen to many of you and I
want to assure you that I am there for you in
any situation.

I have gone through difficult situations - and
you will also see that once you feel stronger
again, you too will give comfort and
encouragement to those in need.

You know that it is possible to come out the
other side of the storm and smile again.

Because you have gone though heavy times and
come through, you will be able to give hope to
others.

I wish you well - please know that I will go
with you wherever you wish.
Together we can go through any difficulty,
together everything is possible.

These gifts are insight, inspiration and vision.
It is time to create and hold a new vision for
your life and for the lives of many. We all need
to work together to achieve freedom and
abundance for all.

We will need to use our ability of kindness to
embrace and empower all our fellow humans.
We all need love and empathy, and we all love

The need to give in love and friendships is very
big in all humans, but sometimes it gets
suppressed needlessly.

You do not need to fear love - at all - do not
believe anybody who tells you that it is better
to love less or not at all. They are misinformed.
Love is the greatest power, it can move
mountains and make people traverse big
oceans.

Everything is possible with love.
Give your heart and your mind a push and
allow yourself to smile, to go soft inside your
heart, to open and to love.

And now look at everything in a new light.

We are all here for a reason, and our sense of
love leads us courageously where we need to
be.

There are no mistakes in love - there may be
steps and detours, and they will lead to new
adventures.

Dear one, trust your visions, trust your
instincts, your inspirations and your intuition.
They were given to you for a very good reason:
to make sense of it all. Do not miss any chance
to use them.

This is your life: love it, live it, make the most
of it !

Just listen: Can you hear the sounds of your
world ? The music, the humming, the voices,
the noises, the harmonies and also the beating
of your heart ? Those sounds keep you alive,
for indeed you were made through sound.

You were made with intention and birthed
into being through the power of sound.

Now I am telling you that you also have the
power to create through sound and intention.
I use creating in the sense of manifesting, of
bringing into this reality. The world is quite
complex, and you do not need to know all its
intricacies to understand that you yourself can
influence what comes into your reality.

To make this as easy as possible, you need to let
go of everything that stands in the way, all
blockages and patterns of belief, including
many beliefs founded on religion.

Most of all, you need to let go any sense of
revenge or anger towards your fellow humans -
this will increase your ability to create in the
very moment.

Therefore, I have recommended forgiveness, to
free yourself from any energies that can - and
will - lower your frequency.

You need a stable, high frequency to turn
around and create your reality anew in every
moment.
This means that you have to free yourself of
anything that stands in the way.

Forgiveness is a kind of letting go, love in
action, saying that there is nothing to forgive
because whatever has happened is already let
go with love and has been waved good-bye.

I realize that you did not receive clear teachings
about how to forgive, especially when
something painful happens and you feel
justified to let loose your anger and judgment
upon another. Just think for a moment:
Who will suffer under this experience - you or
them ? In most cases it is you who suffer, and it
makes you re-live this instant again and again.

Instead, I have brought into this reality the
possibility for each person to choose to forgive.
It means, that whatever anybody else did to
you, you don’t have to suffer because of it
interminably.

Instead, you can simply exert your power to
forgive and decide for yourself that you don’t
hold onto any negative thoughts and feelings
from this experience. You just say to yourself:
“I now let this go !”

And so it is, and so it happens. You will feel a
relief in your whole being, maybe a deeper
breath, or a relaxation in your shoulders - or
you may just feel how light your body has
suddenly become.

It is such a powerful tool to start over again.
If you don’t manage to do it, you can always
call on me and ask me to help you to bring
forgiveness into this experience. Even by asking
for my assistance you have already set the
wheels in motion and you will feel forgiveness
envelop you.

Maybe you need to ask a few times until you
have really released everything, but then you
will feel shiny and new again.
Also, whether you need to forgive yourself or
need somebody else to forgive you, you can
always call me in to create the right
environment for forgiveness to take place.

You hear me talk about forgiveness so often
because truly, next to love it is one of the most
powerful tools you have to live a happy life.
I love you beyond words and wish you a
blessed and bright and holy time on this Earth.

This is not a magic trick, but it works just as
well. Don’t you agree that it is magical even to
be here, right now ? Take nothing for granted,

Peace is achievable on many levels, but there
needs to be an impulse, a will: the will to make
peace and the trust and confidence that this is
possible.

We are not talking about governments and
interest groups - we are talking about the will
of the people. Are they making themselves
heard ? Or do they in turn call for more
conflict ?

In this world it is not easy to keep the peace - so
diverse are the people and interests. Yet there
are some issues most people will agree upon:
Children need protection to live a happy life
and everybody wants to live in peace.

You have hardly any teachings about how to
achieve this peace in a healthy way, not many
guidelines except your own conscience.
We provide you here with some suggestions
which in most cases will prove to be sufficient.

Take responsibility for your feelings, thoughts
and actions. Nobody else is responsible for
your life - accept that you are the master of
your life. 

Make wise choices for your life: Choose peace
over conflict, love over aggression, kindness
over suffering, caring over blame and
friendship over criticism.

If anybody asks you for help and assistance,
provide it to your ability - no more and no less
is required.

Laugh more, smile easily, hope always.

Don’t take yourself too seriously.

Live life to the fullest. 

Be courageous - it is the spice of life. 

Say yes when you mean yes, say no when you
mean no.  

Support those who are vulnerable, who cannot
support themselves.

Tell people how much you love and appreciate
them. You have no idea how much some
positive words, spoken sincerely, can lift a
person’s soul for a lifetime.

Maybe you expected more suggestions for
conflict resolution, but in truth, when the
conflict has already arisen on a big scale, it is
usually too late.

Yes, you can always try to mitigate the effects,
but the scars - emotional as well as physical -
stay, until one day they may be healed.

It is much better to prepare the ground for
good relationships and a happy sense of being.
If these are too many suggestions all at once,
you can start with focussing on one per day.
Watch how your life around you changes and
feel how it changes you as well.
