Miguel has extensive experience in business development, leadership development, broadcasting, media sales and consulting. He started out in the radio business customizing media strategy and campaigns for local businesses, as well as serving as an on-air broadcasting professional.

During the pandemic, Jai-Leta created a new line, “sleep pretty” loungewear, to help women relax, mediate, and decrease anxiety. After overcoming her own mental health crisis, Jai-Leta launched the Space of Grace Inc., in order to provide resources for individuals dealing with anxiety and depression. To increase her capacity as a small business owner, Jai-Leta earned her MBA and in 2019 was accepted into The Black Belt Business Academy, a 10-month program focused on scaling black women-owned businesses. In addition, she is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. with 25 years of community service engagements. For several years she has co-lead technology camps for the youth. Jai-Leta is a member of the PEARL Foundation (non-profit) and on the Advisory Board of The One Million Dreams Foundation For Black Women and Girls, Inc. In 2017, Jai-Leta was awarded the United States of America Presidential Platinum Volunteer Award.

Just Jai Wear supports breast cancer survivors by donating to breast cancer organizations such as Loving Arms Cancer Outreach. Her latest breast cancer awareness collection is called “Jalona”, named after her cousin who won the fight against breast cancer.

C. Nathaniel Brown is an award-winning writer, director and filmmaker from Baltimore, currently residing in Atlanta. He has written, directed and/or produced more than 30 films including short films, feature films, and documentaries. He has been a professional writer for nearly 30 years and has been a filmmaker for the past 11 years under his company, Expected End Entertainment, which produces content for film, television and the internet. Troy Bland a native New Yorker has had a passion for acting since his youth. After completing several theater arts courses at the City College of New York, he moved to Georgia, where he also later became a youth minister. His accomplishments include being a runway model, featured in independent films, and several stage plays - "Will A Real Man Please Stand", "The Soul Of A Man", August Wilson's "Fences" just to name a few. He was featured in several television shows such as the Lifetime movie "A Trip to Bountiful", "Red Band Society “and TV One’s "Fatal Attraction". Christopher A. Martin is an Atlanta-based actor, radio show host, and M.C. who has been carving out a name for himself in a city that is now only second in TV and Film production behind Los Angeles. Perhaps best known for his role as Jordan’s dad in ‘Little’, the Will Packer film starring Marsai Martin (no relation), Issa Rae, and Regina Hall, Christopher’s breakout role is his first romantic lead in the independent film, ‘All That Matters’ for which he has received good notices for his portrayal of Jay, an insurance adjuster at the crossroads about his life and relationship when he meets someone new, and everything changes. ‘All That Matters’ is streaming on multiple platforms including Amazon Prime and Turner Classic Movies. Dana majored in Speech Communication and Theater Arts at the prestigious Hampton University and graduated with Honors. While at Hampton University, he starred in several theatrical productions. In 1988, Dana founded and launched Camp D.A.N.A (Dreams Always Need Assistance). The mission of this week-long summer camp is to broaden and enhance the interest in arts and entertainment. Facilitated by industry professionals, the courses and workshops teach the nuts and bolts of filmmaking and theatrical production. By partnering with affiliate organizations, the camp provides students with unique internship opportunities. Former campers have gone on to work with the likes of Viacom/MTV Networks, WBNA, Martha Stewart, Inc, and other independent entities.

Dr. Moore is the recipient of the American Medical Association Foundation Pride in Profession, Excellence in Medicine Award, the 2011 Gold Foundation Award for Humanism in Medicine and the 2015 Jerome C. Goldstein, MD Public Service Award, awarded from National Academy of Otolaryngology.  He is also the recipient of the Healthcare Georgia Foundation Award and the Zenith Award for Community Activism from the City of Atlanta and the Rollins School of Public Health, Goizueta Business School Martin Luther King Community Service Award Recipient for his work in impoverished communities. Dr. Moore is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar and he received the Thomas Jefferson Award from Emory University for his distinguished leadership and service to the Emory and Atlanta community. He also recently received the National Medical Fellowship Excellence In Medical Education Award and the American Medical Association Benjamin Rush Community Service Award.

Attorney Foster attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate studies. While pursuing a major in Criminology at The Ohio State University, Chinwe Foster dedicated her time to mentoring underprivileged young girls in the Columbus, Ohio area and tutoring other college students.

Immediately after graduating from The Ohio State University in 2002, Chinwe’ Foster moved to Washington, D.C. where she attended Howard University School of Law. The genesis for his illustrated children’s book was centered around the global pandemic in 2020. As adults and children were forced to be homebound many core principles were lost or altered. In his clinical practice he began to see more and more children, adolescents , young adults and adults with neck pain, back pain, headaches. As he spoke with them he discovered anxiety and depressive behaviors. He correlated this as a result of poor ergonomics, posture, breathing habits, lack of exercise, poor eating and drinking habits, anxiety, depression amongst other things and created a program to help corporations called the 7- Minute Huddle. It incorporated a weekly program that focused on 2 minutes of mindfulness and breathing, 4 minutes of postural/body exercises and 1 minute of a Dandy Deed. The 7-Minute Huddle was then incorporated into a local elementary school. 

Kenzi Sits Up Tall is based on the principles of the 7-Minute Huddle and how Kenzi becomes a hero to her friends by incorporating these lessons with her friends and classmates. 

SWEET GINGER BROWNE began as a kitchen experiment to recreate a house-made ginger ale she tasted in a restaurant. It has now become her passion. Ebony says being a beverage maker for a ginger drink is fulfilling because it combines her interest in food & beverage, health & wellness and business.

Kevin Savage is an actor, singer and model. The Philadelphia native performed in off-Broadway productions including Dreamgirls and August Wilson’s A Soldier's Story before moving to Atlanta in 2013. He has appeared on BET’s The Quad, the Game, The Originals, Chasing Waterfalls, House of Cards and Fatal Attraction. He also had a starring role in Lifetime TV’s Single Black Female.

Jeffrey Dickerson is an author and a veteran theater actor. Originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, in the early 1980s. Jeffery was a lead character in “The Letter”, the Centurion at the Cross in “Calvary”, and the father in “A Christmas Story”. He also gave voice to Barry White and Brook Benton in a musical tribute to the “High Desert”. He has also appeared in several short films.

Dwayna is an alumna of North Carolina Central where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a Concentration in Broadcast media and Georgia State University where she earned a master’s in marketing. Before starting TGND in 2016, Dwayna worked in corporate and freelance settings developing the skills she needed to become the successful entrepreneur she is today.

Donna Morris is a Co-founder of TGND Consulting. During this very successful time period, Vincent also worked with The Nobel Peace Prize Association and their annual Nobel Peace Prize Concert®. In this role, he served as the liaison between Ritesonian Productions and the Peace Prize musical selection committee, to oversee all business and written/documented music and other orchestration items to completion. During this wonderful event, Benjamin Wright directed the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, for a two-year stint from 2004-2006.
Also during this time, Vincent served as an independent contractor for several feature films through Fox Searchlight films, via a partnership with Shedrack Anderson III, and Evolve Entertainment. Continuing in the role of Business Development liaison, he served as Music Supervisor for Eolve Entertainment. This role culminated with the release of the full-length feature film and soundtrack for “Fat Albert.''
The end of 2007 brought on a different set of circumstances where he took a step back from all things business related to focus on the health and welfare of his mother. This all culminated with her succumbing to a heart attack in October of 2008. Since the age of 13, Vincent had committed his life to taking care and fending for his mother as she suffered from several chronic illnesses.
In February of 2009, Vincent decided it was time to return back to the world of entrepreneurism.

However, he desired to work in a different arena so he and longtime friend, Edward Wright started Dreams Unlimited® where he furthered his relationships and business acumen in the music and entertainment world and he also began to learn the backend ropes of sports representation and marketing from his former agent, Jeff Slott, Esq. An 18-month time period that served beneficial for both Mr. Slott and Vincent as, he was able to use his ability to communicate to young men who would potentially be represented by Mr. Slott. His job was to ensure to them that their endeavor was one, which he had lived and understood, to be able to be a guiding force for them.
In September of 2011, Vincent decided that it was time to focus on his own individual business endeavors.

We live in such difficult times. Through his nonprofit organization, Positive American Youth USA 
(PAYUSA)-co founded with his father-Reec hosted community events on the station's behalf, who at the time were seeking to estab­lish a more tangible presence among their listeners within the com­munity; this ultimately led to a fulltime on air position in 2013. 

Through his work with PAYUSA Reec earned an NAACP Unsung Hero & Community Service Award, presented to him by former Atlanta Mayor, Kasim Reed.
